How to solve these problems if the water based pu glue is not used properly?
Both soles and uppers have rubber threads, but they are very long and have poor adhesion. The general reason is that the curing agent is not added to the oily PU glue and the amount is not enough, either because the oven temperature is not enough or the drying time is too short. There is also a possibility that the oven temperature is too high, and another is because the water based pu glue has insufficient anti-drawing level.
The general solution is to add it in the quantity provided in the product manual, that is, add 3 to 5%. This can increase the temperature of the line oven and reduce the speed of the line, so that the actual temperature of the oven can be controlled at 60. ~ 70 ° C. Generally, when the temperature is too high, do not pressurize first.
There is also a problem that the toe and heel are pulled apart. Generally, the PU rubber is not completely dry, and then the shoes are not placed in the freezer for a long time after being pressurized, which will cause the cooling time to be too short. The tension itself is too large, which leads to insufficient drawing level of the selected PU shoe rubber, and no curing agent or insufficient amount is added to the adhesive.
At this time, the general solution is to control the temperature at 60 channels and 70 degrees, and the time is generally controlled to 4 to 5 minutes. Extend the pressurization time and quickly reduce the temperature. Finally, the amount of curing agent is 5%, and then choose a better one. Hardener, and then choose a product with a higher level of anti-drawing, such as water-based pu glue.
