Improper operation will affect the uneven spraying of sponge glue
We often receive workers in the workshop to report that spraying with “sponge spray adhesive” is often not uniform.After Bigger field inspection, it was found that the “sponge spray adhesive” was no problem. Instead, the workers in the workshop were using the sponge spray adhesive to spray the glue uneven. Instead of stopping to check their own glue guns, they continued to use it.This will cause some sponge spray glue to spray too thick or some place lack of glue, directly affect the product quality.The reasons for the unevenness of “Bigger sponge spray adhesive” spraying are summarized as follows:
1.The temperature of the construction environment is too low, affecting the glue viscosity.
We propose to adjust the temperature of the construction site or to change the spray glue of the low-temperature variety.
2.The air pressure of the spray gun is too low, resulting in the unsound spraying of glue.
We propose to increase the pressure of the spray gun, normal pressure range of 6-8 kg.
3.”Sponge glue” is too viscous.Due to the high viscosity of the spray adhesive, it can not be sprayed from the spray gun.
We suggest adjusting the viscosity of the glue with a thinner.
4.Spray gun fault
We recommend replacing or repairing the spray gun.
